Dear Parents and Guardians,
My name is Janice Anderson and I welcome you and your child to second grade.
I have taught at Johnson for over a decade and I have seen many children develop into mature and independent learners. I look forward to this new school year as your child blossoms into a better will learn how to reader, writer, listener and speaker.
During the month of September I will assess your child in reading, writing and mathematics. If your child's performance is significantly low or demonstrates behavior that warrants attention I will schedule a meeting with you. During our meeting we will establish home and school goals that will ensure your child is successful academically and socially.
